As a Java Developer at Soomso, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining the robust backend systems that power our innovative marketing solutions. You’ll work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable features that drive our platform’s success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for our microservices architecture
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our technical documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software

Who we’re looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
